2009 Toshikoshigeiko (New Year's Practice)
at Chamberlain Studios -- January 1, 2009, 11am - 3pm
New Year's Day means another great New Year's Day training session at the Chamberlain Studios. We will start about 11am and have thirty minute sessions of each of the styles taught at the dojo (aikido, judo, kenpo, etc). Following the training, we will have the annual cleaning and repair of the dojo (osoji). Once everything is ready for another year of training, we will get some food and drinks at a local restaurant.

Judo Nage no Kata Workshop
