Another new year begins with our New Year's Day practice and osoji. Each group that trains at the dojo (aikido, judo/jujutsu, kenpo, aikijujutsu) will lead a short session in which everyone will practice that art. Then we will do the annual big cleaning (osoji) and also do some repairs to the subflooring of the mat. Afterwards, food and drinks at the local brewpub. We can't think of a better way to start the year.
